3 Alexandra Place is a spacious, modern three-bedroom holiday home in the charming Suffolk village of Walberswick, just across the River Blyth from Southwold. Built in 2012 and well insulated for year-round comfort, it is a welcoming base for families, couples or friends exploring the coast.

The lounge has central heating, a wood-burning stove, modern TV, Wi-Fi, streaming access and a small guest library. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, crockery and utensils, with a separate utility room offering a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a ground-floor accessible WC.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms can be arranged as singles or doubles, while the third is a smaller single room, sleeping up to five guests in total. Each bedroom has hanging space and drawers, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided.
The bathroom has a steel bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Bedding is provided, along with tea towels, cloths, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning materials; guests should bring bath towels, beach towels and flannels.

Walberswick is loved for its village charm, shingle beach, marshland walks, riverside setting and easy access to Southwold, around seven miles by car or about three miles on foot or by bike. Dunwich and the wider Suffolk coast are also close by.

Darsham is the nearest station, though a car is recommended. Parking is available for one car, with an extra space by agreement if needed.

With excellent guest feedback and many return visitors, Alexandra Place is a practical, comfortable and much-loved coastal retreat.
